Luton Table Tennis Club is on the constant look out for committed players of all ages and ability to represent the club in the coming 2019/2020 season in the Luton & District Table Tennis League. We are an ambitious club looking to win things and progressing the players in reaching a higher level of competitive play.
The 2017/2018 season we began the season with 6 teams, 1 in the premier division, one in division 1 and four in division 2. All the teams done well considering it was Luton TTC first season in the league. In the premier and division 1 teams we had players topping the averages. The four teams in division 2 done remarkably well as there were players as young as 8 years of age upwards.
The 2018/2019 season we had 11 teams, four in the premier division, two in division 1 and five in division 2. It was another tremendous season with all teams doing very well. The younger players progressed leaps on bounds, with nearly all of them gaining national rankings from national tournaments.
This coming season will begin in October 2019 and we are hoping to have more teams added with the aim for fourteen teams to match the fourteen parishes in Jamaica.
If you are a beginner, we will assist you as much as possible with coaching. You better believe it.
